Gladstone Residents Directory is a private reference service. It describes and links to public rolls, indexes, and historical directory collections relevant to Gladstone, Missouri. It does not host government records and has no affiliation with a public office, court, or records custodian.
2. Permitted Use
Use this service only for lawful purposes. You may not use the service or information reached through it to:

11. Governing Law
Missouri law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Public records reached through external sources may be subject to Missouri Sunshine Law, Chapter 610, RSMo, including §§610.010, 610.023, 610.024, and 610.026. Those statutes govern the relevant public custodian’s access, closed-record, segregation, and fee duties, not this private reference service.
12. Severability
If a provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
